As a part of our dedication to quality
craftsmanship, we back our homes with warranties from the Home of
Texas and product manufacturers. The warranty program covers
workmanship and materials for one year, as outlined in the Homeowner
Manual; the supply and discharge lines of the plumbing, the
integrity of electrical wiring in the electrical system, and the
ductwork system for two years, and the structural systems for ten
years. Sitterle homeowners are also protected by product warranties
from the various name brand manufacturers who supply products used
in our homes.
